I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth for many years. My home has been the location for about 5 commercials/print ads over the years and each time we “signed on,” I had more confidence and respect for Elizabeth and her team. Elizabeth is a true professional and perfectionist. Her crew is always friendly. There were times when I had to be at work on the day of the shoot and simply handed my house keys to Elizabeth without hesitation. One time when my husband returned home from work at the end of the day for shooting, he asked whether or not they had filmed at our house because there was no evidence that there had been at least 50 people on my property. I would not hesitate to work with Elizabeth again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Overcast on a large commercial production in Pinellas County and couldn’t have been happier with her performance and conduct.
I always experience a certain sense of trepidation that comes with hiring crew from afar, especially in an area I’m not familiar with. In particular, I can be very selective about Location Managers given my experience. However, even before I arrived in Pinellas County, Mrs Overcast had calmed my worry with demonstrations of her production expertise, familiarity with the area and general positive attitude.
Our shoot could have caused many a lesser Location Manager to lose their cool. Over the course of four days, we filmed in several state and county parks, beaches, high end resorts, marinas, breweries, open water and everything in-between. Each day we traveled by car, boat and jetski, all arranged by Mrs Overcast. When issues came up – and naturally they did – she was our rock; always quick with a joke and intelligent solutions.
Mrs Overcast will always be my first call for any project I bring to Florida, from commercials to the largest features. More so than almost any other Location Manager I’ve worked with, I can recommend her with the utmost confidence.

When 60 people arrive at your home and basically take over its a bit overwhelming to say the least. You took such good care of our house and managed to help the crew as well. I never saw you show one bit of impatience even though it was a very long day. And thanks so much for making sure that every piece of displaced furniture found its place before you left this evening. I was truly fortunate to have Elizabeth Overcast, Location Scout / Location Manager, on my team late last year, on a film shoot for BASF based out of Europe.
Elizabeth was hired to scout various locations relevant to a visual narrative about people and life around the Sunshine Skyway bridge for an online film.
On meeting her, it was easy to feel comfortable, her knowledge of the area was obvious, her willingness to find solutions and offer up creative options where limitations occurred was spontaneous and valuable.
My interaction with Elizabeth was rewarding and always enjoyable. So much so that she was pulled into many other areas of the production, not normally areas she would be a part of.
Elizabeth assisted with casting of real people as talent, she assisted with sourcing picture vehicles and art direction elements etc.
In fact wherever and whenever I felt I needed support – my first point of call was always Elizabeth. Her ability to put people at ease and manage a situation effortlessly is enormously comforting for all. Elizabeth Overcast is warm and positive energy, easy to like and above all else a doer. If it needs to be done and nobody else has managed to do it.
